Your Tasks
- Advise ourcustomers on digital transformation and IT strategies, especially in the areaof cloud-based solutionsand IT data infrastructures - especially in the area of corporate real estate
- Support the evaluation of new IT requirements and, as a sparring partner, check the integration into existing systems and the IT compliance.
- Analyze and optimize data structures and workflows for efficiency and data security.
- Coordinaterelevant stakeholders from the areas of Real Estate Operations, Finance &IT to ensure a holistic picture for a future-ready IT strategy
- Undertake regulardata analyzes and develop recommendations for action to enable data-drivendecision making
Your Qualification
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparablefield, or corresponding professional experience.
- First experiencein corporate IT or IT consulting
- Fluent in Germanand English.
- Structured,analytical way of working and the ability to communicate complex issues clearlyand precisely.
- Proactive,solution-oriented mindset and joy in developing sustainable solutions for ourcustomers.
- Ideally knowledge of data analysis tools and methods (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI) andexperience or certification in the area of ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- Ideally knowledgeof Real Estate IWMS Planon or ServiceNow WSD Module
